On the momentous occasion of Foundation Day 2024 of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), I extend my heartfelt greetings to each one of you. From its humble beginnings in 1963, KVS has grown into an inspiring institution of excellence in school education. This remarkable journey continues to evolve, driven by an unwavering spirit of innovation and progress.

It confers us an immense pleasure and infinite ecstasy to avail of this privilege to present the new comprehensive website of K.V. Sangathan, Ranchi Region. It is a compendium that mirrors multifarious activities going on in the temple of learning throughout the year for the harmonious and all round personality development of the future citizens , as well as their accomplishment in the different fields. We are proud to be part of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan which is one of the premier organizations imparting quality education. I am proud of its significant growth and recognition of its contribution. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, since its inception, has been functioning with this perspective as its guiding principle for imparting a wholesome education to the child and has made its mark as one of the leading brands in school education. The K.V. teachers who are assigned this task have been adequately oriented about the broader purpose of pedagogy. Education is the backbone of a nation. Proper education can contribute to the creation of healthy minds and worthy citizens. If we want to survive and progress in this new world order, we have to enrich ourselves with adequate knowledge and skills. In India, we face a major challenge of preparing young minds for facing the challenges of the 21st Century and the best way to tide over this obstacle is by providing quality education to all. Human Resource Development for nation building can be achieved only through Public Instruction and Proper Education. I consider myself privileged to have such meritorious and outstanding team at KVS RO Ranchi and I wish to take this opportunity to appeal to all the employees of KVS Ranchi Region to work together in harmony for the betterment of our students. These skills are problem solving behaviours used appropriately and responsibly in the management of personal affairs and are acquired via teaching or direct experience by individuals and are used to handle problems and questions commonly encountered in daily human life. Parents and teachers are entrusted with the task of inculcating values, responsibilities, developing inter-personal skills, overcoming inhibitions. career planning, communication, daily living, home life, self care, social relationships, work and study skills, world of work, coping with emotions and mental health. Human life and basic values have taken a nosedive in comparison to our culture's need for convenience and material goods. Children combat the influences of the media, television, cinema, mobile phones, music, which constantly sway the attraction of the latest fashionin front of their vulnerable minds and extended hands. we need to educate their innate worth as a unique human being. Education can inculcate respect for human values which inturn will prepare an individual for a peaceful life. Let us provide an atmosphere in the classroom and home where no one is judged by anyone else, every idea is welcomed, no one is laughed at, no one is fearful of harsh punishments, and no one is put down. Our classroom and Home should also be a place where children can make mistakes and still be cherished. A man may pass all his school and college exams with flying colours but should never fail in his life. Jai Hind!!!!
